Sales terms
The rules that apply when you buy a pack online: price, payment, taxes, cancellation and liability.

1. Who sells, and to whom
These terms apply to the online sale of the packs "Cloud Compliance QuickScan", "Starter Pack CIS Azure" and "CloudNorma Certified training" (the "Packs"). The seller is 9495-0813 Québec inc., doing business as XYConsulting (NEQ 1178910718), whose place of business is in Montreal, Quebec ("XYConsulting").
The Packs are for businesses and organisations. They are not offered to consumers.
2. The Packs and their price
The content of each Pack is the one described on the Cloud services page of the site at the time of the order. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes.

3. Ordering and payment
The order is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment. Payment is due in full at the time of the order, by card.
Stripe processes the payment. XYConsulting neither receives nor keeps card numbers. Stripe sends a payment confirmation and an invoice showing GST, QST and XYConsulting's registration numbers.
4. Taxes
GST and QST are added to the price where they apply. XYConsulting's registration numbers appear on the invoice.
5. Start and delivery
XYConsulting contacts the client within one business day of payment to set the dates. The stated duration runs from the agreed start date and from receipt of the access and information needed.
6. What the client provides
The client grants access to the environment concerned, names an available contact person and supplies the information reasonably requested. A delay on the client's side pushes the dates back accordingly and gives no right to a refund.
7. Scope and changes
The scope of a Pack is its description. Any need beyond it is the subject of a separate proposal, accepted in writing before the work is done.
8. Cancellation and refunds
QuickScan and Starter CIS Azure packs. A client who cancels at least 5 business days before the agreed start date is refunded in full. Between 5 business days and the start date, XYConsulting refunds 50%. Once work has begun, no refund is due.
Training. The client may replace a participant at no charge. It is refunded in full if it cancels at least 10 business days before the session, and not afterwards.
If XYConsulting has to cancel or postpone a service, it offers a new date or refunds the amount paid for the part not delivered.
9. Training and certification
Each participant is registered by name. The certification is awarded at the end of the training, under the conditions announced at the start of the session. Training material is for the participants' personal use.
10. Intellectual property
The tools, methods, templates and code of XYConsulting and CloudNorma remain their property. After full payment, the client may use the deliverables it receives for its internal needs.
11. Confidentiality and personal information
XYConsulting treats the client's information as confidential and uses it only to deliver the service. Personal information is handled under the site's privacy policy.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, XYConsulting's total liability for a Pack is limited to the price paid for that Pack, and excludes indirect damages.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
