Privacy policy
This site does not track you. No cookies, no analytics, no forms. This page explains what that means in practice, and what happens the day you write to us.

What this site does not do
We sell compliance. It seemed hard to sell it while dropping trackers onto our visitors' devices. This site is therefore built to collect nothing:
- No cookies, no local storage, no browser fingerprinting
- No analytics tool, neither Google Analytics nor any equivalent
- No advertising pixel, no tracking social buttons
- No forms: contact goes through your own email software
- No resource loaded from a third-party server — the typeface is served from our own domain
You can verify this without trusting us: open your browser's developer tools, Network tab, and reload this page. You will see no request leaving our domain, and the Application tab will stay empty.
Our host keeps technical logs for security and availability, as any host does. We have enabled no analytics service on those logs and do not exploit them.
When you write to us
An email necessarily conveys your address, the name attached to it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and, where applicable, to carry out the commercial exchange that follows. Never for a mailing list you did not sign up to, and never for disclosure to a third party for prospecting.
- What we receive
- Name, email address, message content and any attachment you send
- Why
- To reply, prepare a proposal, carry out an engagement
- Where
- Google Workspace, whose servers may be located outside Quebec
- How long
- Three years after the last exchange, unless a longer legal or contractual obligation applies
- Who has access
- The President, alone. No outsourcing of the client relationship
Disclosure outside Quebec
Our business email runs on Google Workspace and our hosting on Microsoft Azure. Both providers may process or store data outside Quebec. We selected providers bound by contractual protection commitments and recognised certifications, and we deliberately limit what passes through them: the site sends them nothing, and only your email goes through Google.
Your rights
Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector grants you several rights, which you can exercise by a simple email. We respond within thirty days.
- Access the information we hold about you
- Have it corrected if inaccurate or incomplete
- Withdraw your consent and ask for our exchanges to be deleted
- Request portability of your information in a structured format
- File a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information
Person in charge of personal information protection
Under Law 25, this function falls to the person holding the highest authority in the business. That is Guy Dadje Piedjo, President, reachable at infos@xyconsulting.cloud. Any request concerning your personal information is addressed to him directly.
Confidentiality incidents
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will promptly notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and record the incident in the register required by law.
Changes
This policy may change, in particular if we ever add a form or a measurement tool. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and any substantial change will be flagged on the site.
